Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our B2B client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through HR and recruitment service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the UAE market
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Promote HR consultancy services including recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales / business development (preferably in HR consultancy or recruitment industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of UAE market and corporate sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Mandatory Requirement:
- Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR consultancy or recruitment agency
- Strong network of corporate clients in UAE
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
