Business Development Executive

Job Description: Business Development Executive (Finance)

Salary: AED 3,000 + Uncapped Commission

Sector: Banking / Accounting / FinTech

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Objective

To identify new business opportunities, generate high-quality leads, and convert them into active clients to meet monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Perform cold calls and email outreach to potential corporate/individual clients.
  • Sales Meetings: Conduct face-to-face or virtual presentations to pitch financial services (Loans, VAT, or Payment solutions).
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales quotas.
  • Client Onboarding: Collect required KYC documents and assist with the application process.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of referrals from existing clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0–2 years in sales (Banking or Insurance preferred).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, "hunter" mindset, and resilience.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
  • Availability: Must be ready for field visits and client meetings across Dubai.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
