Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach landlords or property owners, tenants, brokers in Dubai who may benefit from professional property management services, rental disputes services, annual maintenance services, tenancy solutions etc.
- Generate and nurture your own leads and referrals through networking, cold calling, field visits, or personal connections.
- Present and promote property management service packages to prospective clients effectively.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with property owners.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activities and pipeline.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work approach, schedule, and field activities as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with real estate developers and sales is must.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Experience working with Damac, Emaar, Sobha Realty etc. Developers is added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, ability to take risk, confidence and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English (other languages is a plus).
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary (Basic) + Attractive commission structure based
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
