Business Development Executive

This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on closing recurring marketing retainers with founders, business owners, and marketing decision-makers across the UAE.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and closing recurring digital marketing retainers.

This role requires someone confident in selling value, capable of leading structured discovery conversations, and comfortable engaging with decision-makers at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Understand client growth objectives and position tailored solutions
  • Present proposals clearly and confidently
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively
  • Close recurring monthly retainers
  • Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline within CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed defined monthly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience (agency or digital marketing experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing recurring service retainers
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to sell value rather than compete on price
  • Confident presenting to founders and senior decision-makers
  • Understanding of paid media, social media marketing, and performance-driven strategy
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
