Business Development Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, market awareness, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
