Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the events, exhibitions, or related industries and a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the exhibitions and events industry (preferred)
  • Strong presentation and client-handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking ability
