Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute projects on Upwork and similar platforms
• Identify and hunt for new business opportunities and projects
• Write compelling proposals and handle project bidding
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Manage leads and convert them into long-term business

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development
• Languages: English & Urdu
• Gender Preference: Male
• Nationality: Pakistani
