Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support company growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and assisting in closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Present company services and solutions to clients
- Support the sales team in closing deals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
Preferred:
- Experience in IT services, Shopify, or digital solutions
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
