The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building and maintaining relationships, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through cold calls, emails, phone calls, and in-person visits.
- Expand product distribution and market presence within the assigned territory.
- Educate existing customers and identify opportunities to promote and sell Happy Dog and Happy Cat products.
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by effectively implementing sales strategies.
- Coordinate with management and the marketing team to execute promotional activities and drive regional sales growth.
- Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Manage and expand business development activities across Dubai Emirate.
Qualifications
- Experience in outdoor sales within FMCG, pet food, or supermarket environments is an added advantage.
- Candidate must be based in the UAE.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistent performance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to communicate with customers both in the field and via phone calls.
