Business Development Executive

We are a leading Dubai‑based law firm seeking a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, strengthen market presence, and support the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate understands the UAE legal landscape, has strong relationship‑building skills, and can convert opportunities into long‑term engagements.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, litigation, real estate, and other legal practice areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, government entities, and business networks in the UAE.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sectors relevant to the firm’s services.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses tailored to client needs and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with partners and legal teams to align business development strategies with practice area strengths.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including content development, social media coordination, and client outreach campaigns.
  • Assist in developing strategic partnerships with corporate clients, free zones, and professional associations.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
