WeCopy Fintech is a Canada-based fintech company specializing in funded trader programs, trading technology solutions, copy trading services, and brokerage support solutions. Through our flagship project, WeMasterTrade, we provide traders with advanced tools, educational resources, and professional trading support designed for today’s global financial markets.

We are currently expanding our presence within Hindi-speaking and South Asian trading communities and are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Business Development Executive to join our Dubai team.

Role Overview

This is a full-time onsite position based in Dubai. The role focuses on business development and client acquisition for our funded trader and trading technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of forex, crypto, or proprietary trading industries, along with experience in sales, client relationship management, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and client acquisition initiatives for funded trader programs and related fintech solutions
• Promote WeCopy Fintech’s ecosystem, including trading technology, educational services, and brokerage-related solutions
• Identify and engage potential clients within forex, crypto, and trading communities
• Convert leads into active users and support them throughout the onboarding process
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Educate clients about funded accounts, trading platforms, and available services
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across company offerings
• Create engaging digital content including reels, short videos, educational posts, and social media content
• Participate confidently in video-based marketing and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute growth strategies targeting Hindi-speaking and South Asian trading audiences

Requirements

• Currently based in Dubai
• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory)
• Additional regional language skills such as Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada are an advantage
• Strong understanding of forex, crypto, or proprietary trading industries
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Experience engaging with South Asian trading communities is an advantage
• Comfortable creating digital content and engaging with online communities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

Working Details

Location: Dubai (Onsite)

Working Days: 5 days per week

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
