Business Development Executive

About Us:
AstraMedic Digital Solutions, a project of AstraMedic Solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to support the growth of our digital services division including digital marketing, branding, website development, social media management, and business solutions.

The ideal candidate must have strong business communication skills, experience in digital services sales, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships with clients. We are looking for someone who understands digital business trends, client acquisition strategies, and professional sales communication.

This role requires a target-oriented individual who can confidently manage client interactions, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for digital services through networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Handle inquiries from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, and other communication channels professionally.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service discussions regarding digital marketing, branding, website development, and business solutions.
  • Understand client business requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable digital solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and business documentation professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to support business growth strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports, lead updates, and performance tracking documentation.
  • Monitor digital industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Digital Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience selling digital marketing, branding, website development, or software-related services is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience dealing with local and international clients will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales productivity tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and business development strategies.
  • Ability to manage proposals, quotations, and client communications professionally.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be target-oriented, confident, and professionally presentable.
  • Fresh candidates will not be considered.
