Role Objective

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth on global freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate is not just a bidder, but a closer who understands the nuances of platform algorithms, proposal psychology, and project matching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Bidding: Execute a high-volume, high-quality bidding strategy on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
  • Lead Conversion: Craft tailored, persuasive proposals that address client pain points and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Opportunity Analysis: Methodically scan for key projects to ensure the company never misses out on high-value opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Handle initial communications and project discovery calls to bridge the gap between bidding and execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on bidding structures and platform policy changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in lead generation and bidding on major freelance marketplaces.
  • Communication: Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to write "human" proposals that stand out from AI-generated spam.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to quickly grasp project requirements in IT, Design, or Operations to bid accurately.
  • Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.
