Role Purpose
You’re the growth engine for the firm. The BDE finds new clients, nurtures relationships, and opens doors for the firm’s audit, tax, advisory, and outsourcing services. You’ll work closely with partners and technical teams to translate client needs into proposals that win.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Generation: Identify and qualify leads through referrals, events, LinkedIn, industry networks, and market research in target sectors like SMEs, real estate, e-com, healthcare.
Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to proposal to close. Maintain accurate records in CRM – Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho.
Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct discovery calls, prepare capability decks, and present with a partner when needed. Tailor pitches to pain points: VAT compliance, IFRS transition, cost optimization.
Proposal & Pricing: Work with technical leads to scope work and prepare fee proposals. Negotiate terms within the firm’s guidelines.
Relationship Building: Nurture existing clients for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Regular check-ins to spot additional needs.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory changes in UAE/GCC if relevant. Feed insights back to leadership.
Events & Branding: Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, chambers of commerce. Organize webinars and client roundtables.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
Experience: at least 01 year Fresher also can apply
- Strong understanding of accounting/tax services and how they solve business problems.
- Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Confident presenter and communicator in English; Arabic is a big advantage in Dubai.
- Proficient in CRM and MS Office/PowerPoint.
