Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen business relationships in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, along with experience in identifying new market opportunities.
Candidates fluent in both Arabic and English will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop strategies to increase company revenue and market presence.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Prepare business proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business growth strategies.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and business opportunities.
- Negotiate deals and close partnerships effectively.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Must be currently based in Qatar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Qatar business market.
- Ability to build professional relationships and generate leads.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B business development.
- Existing professional network in Qatar is a plus.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
