Business Development Executive

Job Overview & Responsibilities:

Overview: The Business Development Executive is accountable for the full client lifecycle from market identification and order booking to service delivery. A critical component of this role is ensuring the centre maintains the international accreditations required to operate and successfully navigating the audit processes that validate our training standards.

Responsibilities:

- Accreditation Management: Actively support and maintain the center’s portfolio of international accreditations (e.g., OPITO, STCW, RoSPA, ECITB).

- Audit Readiness: Participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring all sales and student records meet the stringent documentation requirements of accrediting bodies.

- Standards Alignment: Ensure that all business proposals and training packages are strictly aligned with the latest global safety standards and flag-state requirements.

- Certification Oversight: Monitor the validity of training certifications and coordinate the renewal process for corporate clients.

- Market Expansion & Lead Generation

- Proposal & Quote Management

Job Specific Education & Certification, Skills & Competencies and Experience:

Education & Certification: Graduate in any business-related course

Skills & Competencies:

- Very good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

- Strategic Planning Skills

- Computer Skills.

- Good teamwork skills

- Good organization and planning skills.

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the related job function.

Specialized trainings required (if any):

- In-house training for all courses

Area of experience required:

- Any area related to Sales and Marketing
