Business Development Executive

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our Digital Marketing Services in Pakistan and International Markets. This is a hybrid opportunity designed for individuals who know how to identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

If you have the confidence to pitch services, generate leads, and secure clients in a competitive market, this role offers a strong platform to grow.

Your Role:

• Identify, approach, and acquire clients from Pakistan and international markets
• Pitch digital marketing services including social media marketing, branding, website solutions, lead generation, and business growth strategies
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Generate leads through direct outreach, online platforms, networking, and strategic communication
• Convert prospects into active business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Confidence in client acquisition and business development
• Understanding of digital marketing services
• Self-driven, target-focused, and growth-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development is a plus

Work Setup:

This is a Hybrid Role | Pakistan + International Client Outreach within the Digital Marketing Services industry.

Compensation:

• Commission-based position
• No fixed salary
• Commission structure will be shared during the interview
