Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to close business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business correspondence professionally.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets and company objectives.
- Maintain and update customer and vendor databases.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Coordinate internally with procurement, sales, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Attend meetings, presentations, and business discussions when required.
- Prepare regular reports related to leads, sales activities, and vendor performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or vendor coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Experience in the IT industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
