Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
  • Research target markets and industries (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech)
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads

2. Client Acquisition

  • Approach and convert prospects into paying clients
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions (software, apps, web development, etc.)

3. Requirement Gathering

  • Communicate with clients to understand technical and business requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (developers, project managers) to align solutions
  • Prepare detailed briefs or proposals

4. Proposal & Pricing

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and RFP responses
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients
  • Ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness

5. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact for client communication
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

6. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends
  • Identify new business opportunities (new markets, services, or products)
  • Provide feedback to management for strategic decisions

7. Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Track performance using CRM tools
  • Maintain sales reports and forecasts

8. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with marketing for campaigns and lead generation
  • Coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility
  • Ensure smooth project handover after closing deals

9. Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to sell additional services to existing clients
  • Promote upgrades, maintenance packages, or new IT solutions

10. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  • Update CRM systems regularly

Key Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 Years of sales experience is required
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services (web, mobile apps, software, cloud)
  • Sales & persuasion ability
  • Relationship-building mindset
  • Candidates should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
  • Time management and target-driven approach

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
