Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, developing business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets for interior fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, site visits, and social media platforms.
• Meet potential clients, consultants, contractors, and corporate companies.
• Prepare and present company profile, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for project requirements.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Update CRM and maintain proper sales records and reports.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings when required.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of UAE market and client handling.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
