Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to help drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client connections. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing business relationships, and supporting overall sales and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential markets and identify new business opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, and online platforms
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations when required
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
  • Meet assigned business development and sales targets
  • Prepare regular activity reports and share market insights with management
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client support
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a professional approach to client handling
  • Goal-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques
  • Experience in consultancy, education, or service-oriented industries will be considered an advantage
