Advoam is a creative strategy, marketing, and AI production studio. For 8 years we've made brands hard to ignore through brand strategy, social media, performance marketing, generative AI production, and full campaign development for clients across Pakistan, the UAE, and beyond.

The Role

A full-cycle sales role. You'll find the leads (We will guide you how to), build the relationships, craft the pitch, and close the deal. From first hello to signed contract, the journey is yours.

What You'll Sell

You'll represent our full service suite, so you need to speak the language fluently:

  • Design (brand identity, creative, visual systems)
  • Social media (strategy, management, content)
  • Generative AI (video, imagery, production)
  • Automation (workflow and marketing)
  • Performance marketing (paid campaigns that deliver)

You don't need to build these yourself, but you need to understand them well enough to sell and pitch them.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify your own leads
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Turn client needs into winning proposals and pitches
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Hit and beat your targets
  • Attend in-person meetings across Karachi and online meetings everywhere

Who You Are

  • A natural extrovert who loves meeting people
  • Energetic, lively, and persuasive
  • Fluent (or a fast learner) across design, social, generative AI, automation, and performance marketing
  • Motivated by targets and commission
  • Karachi-based and available for in-person meetings
  • Self-driven enough to thrive in a hybrid setup

This role is open to female candidates. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not a dealbreaker; track record and energy matter more.

Work Setup

Hybrid: 1 to 2 days a week in our Karachi office, the rest from home. All in-person meetings are in Karachi; online meetings can be anywhere.

Compensation & Growth

Target-based with commission on achieving your targets. The harder you push, the more you earn, and for the right person the growth is huge as we scale.
