Business Development Executive

About the Role

Expert System Solution is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Experience with lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other outbound channels is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Lahore from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
