We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, generating revenue, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies and sales plans.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's services and expand business connections.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business opportunities to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
