Business Development Executive

Job Description

Brillianz Educational Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor / Business Development Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia Dammam Branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to guide prospective students toward the right educational programs while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students regarding undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and professional courses.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
  • Follow up with inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Convert leads into successful enrollments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
  • Update customer information and maintain records in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Represent the organization professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • More preferred transferable visa
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, TeleSales, or Academic Counseling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience will be an advantage.
