Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, articulate, and results-driven Business Development Executive who will serve as the face of our company in the market. The ideal candidate will represent us at exhibitions, trade shows, and B2B meetings, actively promote our cutting-edge technologies, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company professionally at international and regional exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, and conferences
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to architects, developers, contractors, marine operators, and potential B2B clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, real estate, and marine sectors
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into profitable sales across concrete 3D printing projects and 3D printed boat offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Conduct B2B meetings, client presentations, and site visits to showcase company capabilities
  • Develop and execute market penetration strategies in collaboration with leadership
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and delivered

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in construction technology, manufacturing, marine, or industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of (or willingness to quickly learn) 3D printing technologies, construction methods, or marine manufacturing
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and public speaking skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Confident personality with the ability to represent the company at high-profile events
  • Demonstrated track record of lead generation and closing deals
  • Strong networking skills and a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for exhibitions and client meetings
