Hashloops Technology is a results-driven digital agency specializing in custom web development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing. With a growing portfolio of international clients, we’re expanding our team and seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue, build relationships, and help us scale across the US, UK, and GCC regions.
✅ Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, Upwork, and other platforms
- Identify client pain points and propose tailored digital solutions
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and pitch presentations
- Collaborate with the internal design, development, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Track market trends and competitor activities to find new growth opportunities
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or sales (preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital agencies)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage long-term client relationships
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience working with Upwork or other freelancing platforms is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
