Business Development Executive & Account Manager

We are seeking a result- driven professional to generate new business and manage existing client accounts. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals
  • Handle renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain pipeline

Requirements:

  • Graduation in an IT- related field
  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in IT infrastructure is an advantage
  • Female Candidates preferred
