Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing real estate brokerage firms across the UAE.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers to drive sales of Vincitore Realty’s luxury developments.
- Conduct regular project presentations, broker onboarding, and training sessions to enhance channel engagement.
- Develop and execute broker-focused business development strategies to increase lead generation and deal closures.
- Organize site visits, events, and marketing campaigns to promote projects and convert leads through broker channels.
- Track and analyze broker performance, ensuring timely communication and ongoing support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate sector.
- Strong network of brokerage agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work under pressure.
