Business Development Executive-AV Automation

Position: Business Development Executive – AV Automation

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi

Experience: 2–3 Years

Industry: AV, Automation, Smart Technologies

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales of integrated audio-visual, lighting, and smart technology systems to B2B and residential clients. You will focus on generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and acquire new clients in the AV and automation space.

-Understand customer requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.

-Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations to demonstrate value.

-Manage sales pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

-Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.

-Must have Bachelor degree in Marketing, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar.

-Fresh graduates may also Apply.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.

-Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.

-Knowledge of AV, automation, or smart technologies is a plus.
