Progatix are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong international B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to selling product-based ERP solutions, payroll systems, customized IT applications, and possess solid understanding of IT hardware and software solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding global markets, and driving revenue growth.
- Identify, develop, and manage new international B2B business opportunities across targeted markets.
- Promote and sell ERP products, payroll software, customized IT applications, and related hardware solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documentation as required.
- Participate in international events, exhibitions, and online sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of international B2B sales experience in product-based companies.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, payroll software, IT applications, and IT hardware.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing global clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and convert them into value propositions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms.
- Willingness to work with global time zones and travel if required.
