We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The role entails identifying prospective clients and generating new business opportunities. This is a contract-based position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client outreach and market research.
- Achieve the set KPIs and exceed the targets for sale.
- Build and sustain the long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up to date about current market trends, competitor strategies, and industry advancements
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B) in digital marketing is preferred
- Basic understanding of digital services and concepts (SEO, Web development etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A candidate who can take initiatives and work independently will be preferred
- Target-oriented, proactive, and focused on achieving set goals and targets
