Key Responsibilities :

* Generating leads through networking, identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities ; coordinating generation activities ; developing customized targeted sales strategies.

* Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.

* Should meet specific monthly targets.

* Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients . Making multiple calls (Cold calling , outbound calls) to potential clients and working with client through the closing process.

* Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting and also maintain short and long term business development plans.

* Creating positive and long lasting relationship with potential clients.

* Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up

* Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

* Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes

* Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposals etc.

* Maintaining client activities in CRM

Qualification :

* Should have 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in B2B business development/ sales in service industries .

* Proven track record in business development, sales or related role. Previous UAE law firm experience is highly desirable.

* Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a related field (masters degree preferred)

* Excellent selling, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

* Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities

* Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.

* Ability to provide consistent and high-quality work under tight deadlines

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite(PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.,)

* Must possess a valid UAE driving license and own a vehicle for transportation purposes , Willingness to travel as required.

* Immediate joiners are preferred
