Business Development Executive - B2B Services

Location: Dubai

Full-time Office-based / Hybrid

Salary + Commission

We do not provide visa sponsorship or relocation support.

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support our B2B sales activities in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in outbound communication, follow-ups, lead warming, and working with an existing database of business contacts. You will work with real B2B services that bring clear value to companies, with support from our team, case studies, presentations, and commercial materials.

You will promote one or more of the following services:

  • Recruitment & Executive Search
  • B2B market-entry / business support services in the UAE and GCC
  • Translation, interpretation, and localization services in 100 languages

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the company’s existing database of leads, contacts, and business cards
  • Reach out to potential B2B clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups
  • Reconnect with old and inactive leads
  • Introduce company services in a short, clear, and professional way
  • Identify client needs and qualify opportunities
  • Arrange meetings and move leads to the next stage of the sales process
  • Follow up consistently until proposal request, deal progression, or payment stage
  • Keep CRM and communication records updated

Requirements:

  • You live in Dubai and have your own visa
  • Experience in telesales, inside sales, business development, or B2B sales support
  • Strong spoken and written English - native level
  • Confidence in outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Ability to communicate service value in a simple and professional way
  • Organized, disciplined, and result-oriented
  • UAE experience is a plus
  • Tagalog language is a plus
  • CRM experience is an advantage
