Business Development Executive (B2B) – Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (B2B) with 2+ years of experience in IT services or consulting, specializing in strategic partnerships and alliance building. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and nurturing partnerships that drive revenue, expand market reach, and enhance service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, technology providers, and industry stakeholders.
• Engage with partner decision-makers to negotiate agreements, co-selling opportunities, and joint initiatives.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and value.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to align partnership activities with business objectives.
• Track partnership performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare reports on revenue impact and opportunity pipeline.
• Contribute to business growth strategy by identifying new market opportunities through partner networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development or partnership management, preferably in IT services or consulting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

What We Offer

• Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 per month
• Commission: Uncapped 10% commission on closing deals
• Performance-based contract renewal
