Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives for Network Security and HCI/VDI solutions.

Drive business growth through effective
channel partner engagement
, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.

Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities within government, telcos, military, NGOs, and private sector accounts.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.

Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum
5 years of proven sales experience
in IT solutions, with emphasis on
Network Security and HCI/VDI technologies
.

Strong knowledge of
channel sales ecosystems
in Pakistan’s northern region.

Demonstrated success in selling to
government, telcos, military, NGOs, and private sector clients
.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel extensively within the northern region.
