Fleet Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Fleet Manager to manage daily vehicle operations, drivers, maintenance, and fuel control. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth fleet operations, cost control, and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle tracking
• Ensure timely maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• Supervise drivers’ attendance, schedules, and performance
• Monitor fuel usage and operational costs
• Maintain vehicle documents, insurance, and taxes
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in fleet/transport management
• Strong leadership and reporting skills
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fuel control, and tracking systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
