Senior Officer Administration

We are hiring Administration Officer to manage and optimize our day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive workplace for our employees. You will be responsible for overseeing key areas including transportation, canteen operations, facility management, and housekeeping, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and adheres to our high standards; Experience; 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Transportation Management/Canteen operations/Facility Management/House Keeping /General Administration within a manufacturing industry; Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Transportation Management:
  • Manage company transportation services, including scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and driver coordination.
  • Optimize routes and transportation arrangements to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and address any transportation-related issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.
  • Canteen Operations:
  • Oversee the management of the company canteen, ensuring the provision of high-quality, healthy, and affordable meals.
  • Manage the relationship with the canteen vendor, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and quality control.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience within a manufacturing industry
  • Gather employee feedback and implement improvements to the canteen service.
  • Facility Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Housekeeping Management:
  • Manage the housekeeping team to ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic workplace.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures.
  • Procure and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
  • General Administration:
  • Manage budgets and track expenses related to transportation, canteen operations, facility management, and housekeeping.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to these areas.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to the above areas.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment.
