We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Karachi office as Deputy General Manager – Administration, to strengthen our operational backbone and ensure seamless administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the Karachi office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise facility management, office maintenance, security, and vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, processes, and best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor the administration team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement activities related to administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with senior management to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
- Handle crisis management, risk assessment, and business continuity planning.
- Liaise with government bodies, external stakeholders, and service providers as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of progressive experience in administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and administrative frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
