Deputy General Manager - Administration

Kuza Ventures is a dynamic and forward-looking organization committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Karachi office as Deputy General Manager – Administration, to strengthen our operational backbone and ensure seamless administrative management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the Karachi office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise facility management, office maintenance, security, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, processes, and best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor the administration team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement activities related to administrative operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with senior management to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Handle crisis management, risk assessment, and business continuity planning.
  • Liaise with government bodies, external stakeholders, and service providers as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of progressive experience in administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and administrative frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
