We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our Support Department. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, ensuring tasks are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate must be organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities across relevant departments.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.
- Handle billing-related tasks using billing software and EPM systems.
- Maintain operational records and documentation with proper version control.
- Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and company standards.
- Provide periodic operational reports and updates to management as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant operational or support department experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and reporting tools).
- Hands-on experience with billing software and EPM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines.
