Operations Executive

KIN Logistic Solutions is seeking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive to join our Operations team. If you have experience managing import shipments and a strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timing: Evening And Night Shift

Experience: 1 to 02 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import shipments across air, sea, and land freight.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment updates, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, customs brokers, and transporters to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including B/Ls, AWBs, invoices, packing lists, ISF filings, and insurance.
• Track shipments, communicate delays proactively, and ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in TMS and ensure timely updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Maritime Operations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of mandatory experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of import procedures, documentation, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/TMS software.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
