Business Development Executive (B2C) – Account-Based Marketing & Owner Outreach

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (B2C) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT services sales, account-based marketing, or owner outreach.

In this role, you will focus on targeted lead generation, strategic engagement with key accounts, and driving revenue growth through relationship management and deal closure. Your performance will directly impact business expansion, and contract extensions will be linked to achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage high-value accounts and decision-makers using an account-based marketing approach.
• Conduct remote and onsite meetings with business owners and key stakeholders to understand requirements and present IT services solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and solutions) to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
• Track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare progress and performance reports.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, with performance directly influencing contract renewal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, account-based marketing, or owner outreach in IT services or consulting.
• Proven ability to engage and influence decision-makers at the ownership or executive level.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independent execution.

What We Offer

• Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 per month
• Commission: Uncapped 10% on all closed deals
• Performance-based contract renewal
