About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Corporate Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will leverage strong business acumen, client management skills, and banking knowledge to deliver financial solutions, drive client satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
- Develop deep understanding of clients’ business needs and propose tailored banking solutions (loans, deposits, digital banking services, trade finance, etc.).
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services to maximize client revenue.
- Lead onboarding, account management, and digital product integration for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, digital banking, and marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor client accounts, analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights and reports.
- Drive adoption of digital banking channels and solutions among corporate clients.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Execute campaigns, presentations, and client engagement initiatives to enhance client loyalty and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or client-facing roles in financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products, digital banking solutions, and client engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital banking platforms, fintech integration, and analytics dashboards (Power BI, CRM systems) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
