What is Manager Strategic Partnerships?
The Manager Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and scaling partnerships with armed forces and their affiliated organizations, associated business entities, and ecosystem partners. The role will focus on expanding the JazzCash ecosystem through structured institutional engagement, multi-use-case enablement, and compliant, scalable execution.
What does Manager Strategic Partnerships do?
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partner Development & Ecosystem Growth

Identify and engage potential armed forces-related institutions, affiliated companies, and associated business partners for collaboration with JazzCash.

Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including opportunity identification, onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management.

Drive ecosystem growth by integrating partners into relevant JazzCash use cases and platforms.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate institutional opportunities into executable partnership initiatives.
2. Institutional & Stakeholder Management

Manage complex, protocol-driven stakeholder environments involving multiple decision-makers and governance layers.

Navigate institutional approval processes while ensuring alignment across partner and internal stakeholders.

Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic institutional partners, ensuring continuity, trust, and structured engagement.

Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, risk, product, operations, and technology teams to enable smooth execution.
3. Use-Case Enablement & Expansion

Enable and scale multiple financial use cases across partner institutions, including collections, disbursements, payroll, QR payments, and in-app transactions.

Identify opportunities to deepen integrations and expand adoption across various partner-led customer and merchant segments.

Support deployment across multiple locations, projects, and operational environments while maintaining consistency and control.
4. Risk Management, Compliance & Governance

Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and institutional governance standards.

Proactively identify and mitigate execution, operational, and partner-related risks.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, approvals, and reporting to support audit, compliance, and operational continuity.

Requirements
What we are we looking for and what does it require to be a Manager Strategic Partnerships?
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

6-10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise business development, or institutional relationship management.

Demonstrated experience working with armed forces-related entities, government institutions, or highly regulated organizations.

Strong understanding of digital payments, fintech ecosystems, or large-scale platform integrations.

Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and complex institutional stakeholders.
