Job Overview

We are urgently looking for experienced Tele Sales Experts for an outbound US & Canada call center campaign. This role is best suited for candidates with prior BPO or tele sales experience who possess strong English communication skills, are target-focused, and are eager to earn attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to customers in the US and Canada
Promote and sell products and services efficiently
Meet daily and monthly sales goals
Handle customer objections in a professional manner
Maintain and update customer information records

Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in US or Canada tele sales or BPO sales
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
Willingness to work night shifts
Sales-oriented, punctual, and disciplined
