Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Banking & Finance team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting financial products and services to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the banking/finance sector
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
• Promote banking and financial products/services to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines in all sales activities

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, banking, or finance
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• English required; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage
