We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and build long-term business relationships for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lead generation, excellent communication skills, and comfort with both face-to-face and virtual client interactions. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, teamwork, and committed to a long-term career in a fast-growing digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients across SMEs, startups, and enterprises using market insights and lead generation strategies.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networking events.
  • Leverage knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques to maximize outreach efficiency.

Client Outreach & Engagement

  • Initiate contact with prospects to pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.).
  • Conduct needs assessments to align client goals with customized digital marketing solutions.
  • Comfortably engage in face-to-face and virtual client meetings to build trust and rapport.

Sales Conversion & Onboarding

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and service plans tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Relationship Building

  • Foster strong post-acquisition relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
  • Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and share insights with internal teams.

Market Research & Collaboration

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, client demands, and competitor strategies.
  • Share market insights with marketing and strategy teams to enhance service positioning.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to deliver integrated solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in the digital marketing industry is a strong plus).
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with comfort in both face-to-face and virtual client meetings.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling agreements and contracts with attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable, with a commitment to a long-term career.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
