Business Development Executive (BDE)

Sales and Business Development: Drive the growth of our client base by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales deals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs, and providing appropriate solutions to enhance their digital presence.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth.

Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge about our products and services, including web designing, web application, SEO, and other digital marketing solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential clients.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Compellingly present our offerings, addressing client requirements and demonstrating how our solutions can meet their objectives.

Networking and Lead Generation: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to establish contacts and generate leads. Build a strong network of industry professionals and potential clients.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions using CRM software. Analyze sales data, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to the management team.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Software industry.

*Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

*Good understanding of our products and services, including Web Designing, Web Applications, Digital marketing, SEO, and other related services.

*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

*Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Salary : 10K

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
