About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing IT/Software team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales in the technology domain. This role demands strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and align them with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth.

· Understand client needs and propose suitable IT/software solutions.

· Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.

· Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in business development / sales in IT or software services.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead-generation platforms.

· Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

Required Skills:

· Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

· Lead generation & prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).

· Presentation & proposal drafting skills.

· Knowledge of IT/software products, services, and solutions.

· CRM tools proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

· Market research & competitive analysis.

· Relationship-building and client management.

· Time management and organizational skills.

· Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure.

· Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
