We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing agency that helps brands enhance their online presence and achieve measurable growth. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Pitch and present our Digital Marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Web Development, etc.) to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Handle negotiations, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and prepare reports on progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not mandatory for freshers).
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or IT sales is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
